I just finished watching the documentary “Deliver Us from Evil.” It addresses the Catholic pedophilia scandal by actually documenting the progress of one of the pedo priests. It’s outrageous how the Catholic church has consistently abetted child molestation by providing fresh targets to offenders and covering up after them. Any other organization that did this would have already had their guts ripped out and fed to them on a fork, but big religion once again gets a free pass. I knew about this scandal but the immensity of it didn’t really hit home until I saw this documentary. If you have Netflix, check it out: you can watch it instantly on your screen. Watch it, and feel the outrage.
